The workshop is designed to enhance awareness, empathy, and practical skills among colleagues, enabling them to create a more inclusive and supportive work environment for individuals with diverse executive function profiles. By providing opportunities for reflection, discussion, and interactive exercises, participants will gain a deeper understanding of executive function challenges and develop strategies to foster inclusivity in their everyday interactions and work practices.

What you'll learn

By the end of the workshop, participants will:

  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of executive function and its impact on individuals in the workplace.
  • Recognize the diversity of executive function profiles and appreciate the strengths and challenges associated with different domains.
  • Develop empathy and a supportive mindset towards colleagues with varying executive function strengths and challenges.
  • Identify common workplace scenarios where executive function challenges may arise and understand the implications for work performance and collaboration.
  • Acquire practical strategies and accommodations to create an inclusive work environment that supports individuals with weak executive function skills.
  • Demonstrate increased awareness and sensitivity when interacting with colleagues who may be experiencing executive function challenges.
